This is a review for Somerstown Surgery

The lady on the desk was really friendly and helpful, I would give her 10/10, she explained what I needed to do to get my COVID certificate and looked for details of the date of my second jab so that I could see when my booster was due. Then she offered me a flu jab if the doctor could do it before the end of his clinic I would wait. She really went out of her way to help me.
The doctor was also lovely, and gave me the jab and tetanus and looked at my records to make sure everything was going well with my diabetes prevention. I was reassured that I was on course.

Flu jab

Very impressed with my visit. Arrived early and was called in early by the nurse who was very attentive, professional and friendly. Wish I could say the same for the reception staff who are moody and unhelpful

I left work in the middle to be able to pop in for my appointment. I got on time but I was seen 20minutes pass my appointment time. I ready to complain to receptionist but its not staff fault. Everything would go smoothly if other patients would respect other ppls time and would turn up on their app on time.

I was late for my appointment because I was stuck at the railway crossing for over 20mins, the nurse was understanding. I also had to make another appointment, this was made easy by the lady on the desk.
