Very efficient

Was well overdue and annual check up and had to have full bloods, pressure etc taken. Nurse was very friendly and very efficient and made me feel at ease. Very nice session considering I hadn’t been to the doctors in nearly 9 years.

Paulsgrove Surgery - My husband was in a lot of pain

My husband has a lot of problems with his health and was not happy about waiting so long for someone to get back to us so had to take him to A&E he was in lot of pain and could not walk was not happy about this as he has so many problems he need
to be seen

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback, I am sorry to hear this happened. Primary care is not considered an urgent service, so A&E may have been the best place to go if he was in extreme pain. I hope you were able to get the service needed.

I popped into the surgery as I had received reminders about the flu vaccine. The reception staff listened and offered me an appointment at Crookhorn that day. I was very impressed.

Kingston Crescent Surgery - Not satisfied

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

I came in for a consultation due to cough with blood in my phlegm. I have 2 weeks cough already. Although the practitioner did listen on my chest, just bypassed that my complaint of cough with blood in my phlegm and fever. Granting it was for your assessment like that but will you not ask to submit a sputum culture? Will you just say that it was all normal without any definitive investigation? Is that the level of preventive care the UK can offer? No wonder the A&E is saturated because some of these people don’t take patients complaint seriously
