Flu vaccine

This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery

Auto check-in was confusing, after checking there was no info as to where to go to get the jab. Don’t like using the auto blood pressure check, prefer to see a person. Staff are friendly. But the auto machines not to my liking at all as for medical issues I want human interaction which is very hard to get these days.

I was contacted by surgery to make appointment but couldn't book it online as no boxes to say what I was asked to do so managed to book half of what I needed and then the nurse booked another appointment to finish tests so I have used 2 slots instead of 1.

Extremely kind and helpful

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

The receptionists were both extremely kind and helpful. An older lady had been refused her regular medication by the pharmacy and was visibly upset a new confused. The receptionist organised for her to get her medication, clearly planning where and when she could pick it up. I know how busy they are and was impressed with how the situation was resolved.
