My appointment was straightforward although I was seen approx 10 minutes later than notified. I received two appointments for the same treatment so did not attend the later one. This appears to have been due to a text inviting me to get a flu vaccine but the calendar only offered Covid boosters. I then received a text telling me I hadn't attended. All a bit confusing and I'm not prepared to hang on the phone forever to explain. Anyway it was fine, thanks.

The surgery was professional, took all due covid measures and I was seen promptly. I do however still have a large bruise two weeks after my blood test.

Review of flu vaccination appointment 9 October 2021.
Friendly member of staff checked reason for attendance on arrival and offered hand sanitiser. The person I saw for the vaccination checked my records and advised I could have Tetanus and MMR jabs whilst there. Tetanus accepted. MMR deferred. Professional, friendly approach within allotted appointment time.

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

When I called in to make an appointment, I really wasn't looking forward to the length of time it will take and them to be told I would have to wait a couple of weeks to see someone. To my surprise I got through in a couple of minutes to be told I would receive a call back which I did within about 10 minutes, not only that someone could see my within a couple of hours. I couldn't thank all of the staff enough for the quick response time and the friendliness of everyone.

Just went for a blood test, but got my flu jab into the bargain too, Saved me walking all the way up to Kingston Crescent for my planned appointment this week! Felt very safe in the surgery and the treatment was excellent - dealt with in a professional, yet friendly way.
