Recent appointment (phone call).

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

The doctor listened to my description of my complaint then she gave me advice and a prescription which was for two items including an increase in the dose of one of my meds. I received one item but not the increase of my meds she had asked for. I have asked the chemist to reorder twice and still have not received my meds. Surely whoever reads these requests should honour their colleagues requests.

Diabetic review / Flu Vaccination

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

I have been contacted on the 29th September 2021 asking me to contact the surgery on 023 92009191 between 11:00 am and 01:00 pm. I tried to do this and called the surgery about 5 times in 2 occasions but there were no response the call goes on standby for about 2 mins and then it cuts off.
I decided to go to the surgery to make the appointment, the receptionist that the call was made in August and I said that the surgery contacted me recently on the 29th September 2021. Eventually she managed to give me an appointment on the 27th of October 2021. while there I was asked if I would like to take a flu vaccination, I said I had one booked on the 9th of October 2021, she said I can have it on the spot, this I accepted insisting that the appointment made for me on the 9th October to be cancelled.
In conclusion I had a flu Jab and booked appointment for a diabetic review on 27th October 2021.
I feel that the communication between the surgery and patient is poor, the information given to patient online is not accurate and coordination is disjointed.

Attended for flu vaccination after being called to book a time slot. Arrived early as last year we had to queue round the car park!
Walked straight in this time, shown to room and vaccine done quickly and efficiently. Was back outside within two minutes!
Very good service.

Very pleased with the service

After relatively short waiting time to get through I spoke to receptionist who took all my details and the doctor phoned me back within 20mins, I was then given an appointment for later that day. Doctor diagnosed and prescribed medication, also administered flu jab. I was very pleased with the service I received.
