Cosham Park House Surgery

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

I was made to go for seven days without my antidepressant because the surgery repeatedly denied that they had received my repeat prescription. This was despite many visits to the surgery by myself and my husband also daily emails from Everett’s the chemist. Finally today your receptionist agreed that the repeat prescription hah been received on 30th September. The receptionist apologised but I feel very let down by yourselves and feel matters of medication should be dealt with by nurse prescribers or doctors. I have been very anxious for the last few day a stress which could have been avoided. Being a retired RGN myself I understand the problems you are facing at the moment but there is now excuse for the unhelpful behaviour we have experienced.

Flu Vac

Excellent

This is a review for Somerstown Surgery

The practice nurse gave me my regular 12 week Nebido injection and a flu injection. She was ready, early to see me, friendly, knowledgeable about me and what she was doing, informed me of management of any effects and when I was due back in. Excellent. A complete difference to my experiences over the last four months on other health issues. The star ratings below refer to this nurse, not other aspects of the practice.

I arrived and checked in.
Waited 5 minutes and was called in for the vaccine.
The person administering the vaccine was friendly, which is always good.

Back problem

This is a review for Paulsgrove Surgery

Whilst on holiday I fell down on some tiled steps and hurt my back quite badly, on returning to the U.K. after a week it was no better, phoned the surgery explained the situation, had a triage call within half an hour, an appointment was made for that morning to see a doctor who prescribed medication.

Extremely professional and supportive

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

Flu jab. Given by Dr Lucket owing to my experiencing adverse reactions to vaccinations this past 12 months. I do again experience adverse reactions and these were monitored by Dr Lucket. I am extremely grateful to have received this flu jab with monitoring. All staff at the practice have been extremely professional and supportive to me.
