Most of the patients waiting for the covid booster and flu jabs were elderly, and the 40 minute queue outside in a cold wind was obviously too much for some of them.
Otherwise, an efficient service.

The appointment went fine. The biggest problem is getting an appointment, I have literally spent hours on the phone not always getting through and even getting cut off when you get to the front of the Queue.

Leg dressing

As a regular weekly attendee at the surgery I find the staff pleasant and very professional but having had drugs changed by practice pharmacist he wanted me to get a blood pressure check on the pod in surgery, but the unit wouldn't recognise me, so time wasted, odd that I'm such a regular to surgery.

My experience

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

Sending photos isn’t good enough. Wanted to talk to someone about my concerns. Unable to talk about treatment just got a text message that you can’t reply to. Took days to get through to triage team, phone kept getting put down. Surely it’s just quicker and more effective to give someone a 10 minute appointment. Told that antibiotics would be ready by end of the day went the following morning and the prescription still hadn’t been sent through. Wasted trip when feeling unwell.
