So bad

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

You can never see a doctor, it’s always the staff in the blue uniform. I went three times explaining about my chest hurting. I was given steroids on the third visit, within an hour my daughter was phoning 999. It was the start of a heart attack. I have no faith in the surgery. I am looking to move to another.

Unable to get 90 year old an appointment

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

I have been trying to get my 90 year old mother an appointment to follow up since her hospital appointment at the walk in centre. Every time I go onto the site to book an appointment, there are no appointments to be had. They are up to the full daily quota of appointments.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We have had a new appointment booking system in place since September, there are no longer GP appointments online to book. You will need to submit an Anima request from our website, which will then be triaged by a clinician. We have had a huge amount of positive feedback regarding Anima and how it has improved access, especially with no longer having to wait on the phones.

A routine ECG test

This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery

I had received a message to make an appointment online for this procedure. As I am a shift worker, I had a little difficulty getting a suitable appointment time online, but a quick visit to the surgery centre solved that; reception staff were very helpful.
At the appointment, only waited a few minutes before being called. Healthcare worker I saw was polite, kind, friendly and very professional.
Test was carried out with kindness and respect. Had to await a check on the test results before leaving, but that was only a couple of minutes.
Very happy with the service I had, thank you

Waiting to hear back about an econsult regarding my weight. Received a text saying go to particular website but clearly stated in my request I don’t need nutritional advice, I want to talk and understand whether anything else could be affecting weight.

After being told I would be on statins for life I had to chase to get results. The girl on the phone told me everything was okay, didn’t need to take any more so had an online appointment and they put me straight back on them
