Crookhorn Lane Surgery

My appointment was for a B12 injection. I was seen on time. The staff were very pleasant and the surgery calm, clean and inviting. The availability of hand sanitiser and the way the surgery is laid out was very reassuring especially in the present Covid circumstances. I have no hesitation in attending the surgery and feel safe when attending.

2nd MMR injection.

Just a 2nd MMR injection. Surprised MMR and Tetanus was required at the age of 76 but apparently necessary.

The changing of the dressings

This is a review for Somerstown Surgery

Yet again, I cannot fault the surgery for its caring and compassionate stance. Unable to make an appointment I stumbled in on my zimmer frame and asked if there was any chance of having my sodden dressings changed (recent cancer operation). There was, a cancellation and I was seen 90 minutes later. Unrushed, gentle (it hurt) and accommodating of one peculiar request; I needed photographs of the surgery sites (wounds) as evidence, which she was happy to assist me with.

Blood pressure, Flu jab

It was a great lovely appointment with the Nurse, she was excellent, very chatty, friendly etc, made things very good.
Not having to deal with the Berlin Wall guards, receptionists, was a blessing in itself.

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

My visit for a routine blood pressure/blood test was carried out professionally and with no fuss. I was asked about my forthcoming flu jab appointment and after a short discussion I was offered the jab there and then. The bonus was my wife, who had an appointment at the same time as me, was also offered one. This was great, saving us a further visit to the surgery.
