This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

After visiting St Mary's walk in Centre as I couldn't get an emergency appointment with the surgery I was told by the Nurse practitioner I saw at St Mary's that I needed to book a face to face appointment with a doctor at my surgery as I had a several health problems that needed to be dealt with.

The doctor that I saw was very professional and listened to what I had to say. He was very thorough in checking my symptoms and because of that referred me to QA for a scan that same morning.

Straight forward appointment

This is a review for Paulsgrove Surgery

Took just over a week to get to see the nurse, not too bad. Absolute nightmare ringing up and being number twenty something.. I gave up once, and once I got cut off. Anyway, the appointment was a breeze, really nice nurse.

Crookhorn Lane Surgery

Mixed bag sadly

In one hand; seeing the nurse recently for a blood test was good, simple to book with no problems and the nurse was very friendly and helpful. however in the other hand had another previous high priority health enquiry after numerous frustrating attempts to call, e-consultation and emails was left unresolved and the only answer given was unhelpful, unsupportive and vague

Vaccinations x 2

For my husband to be given both the Covid booster and the Flu jab in one visit was good. I, too, was given my flu jab, too which has saved us further visits to the Surgery. We were seen quickly and I have nothing but praise for the staff. They were pleasant, kind and courteous...can't ask for more.

This is a review for Somerstown Surgery

I found that going into the surgery, the reception staff and the nurse were very helpful. However, trying to use the 'phone was much slower than getting in my car and driving to the surgery. The on-line services were fine for ordering prescriptions but, when I tried to ask a question about my dosage, there was no option which allowed me to do so.

Both jabs at once

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

Attended CPH for routine B12 injection and was offered my annual 'flu vaccination at the same time.
HCA also picked up a degree of hypertension. Asked to keep a 7-day diary of BP readings at home and then to report back.

Extremely helpful

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

The receptionist Tina P was extremely helpful. I was due a flu jab and was only asking if I could check the date, I was asked if I could attend now, which I could and she booked me in to see the nurse. I asked her to check several things for me whilst I attended the surgery as I do not usually visit the doctors that often.
Nothing was any trouble to her, pleasant and friendly member of staff.
Which is why Cosham Park is my surgery.
