Unfortunately although I attended the appointment it turned out to be a waste of time as I wasn't informed this was a fasting blood test and therefore assumed as it was pm that I could eat prior!!

It should be easy to book a B12 injection you make everything so difficult to get appointments.
Can’t see Doctor or speak to anyone, whoever runs your surgery needs management skills.

Quick and easy

Absolutely horrendous, I arrived for my appointment but the shutters were down with no signs or explanation, this was important as I have been having problems and needed a smear test and can't actually get a doctor to phone back or make an appointment.

I was very impressed

I was very impressed at how efficiently my appt was executed. I had a very short wait after self checking in but the receptionist kept me advised as to why I had to wait.
