Recent appointment

This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery

Having had blood tests which had abnormal LFT test I have been given no advice as to what I should be doing. I also find it odd that my mast one is showing the same abnormal test yet suddenly I'm being told its satisfactory when clearly it isn't. Having taken other advice I know what I should be doing and will be asking for another blood test in 3 months.

Diabetic blood test / flu jab

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

I was asked to make an appointment for a blood test so after trying many times to get through I spoke to a receptionist & asked if I could have my flu jab at the same time & was told it was unlikely as you were short of flu jabs. I attended my appointment & the nurse told me there was plenty & didn’t know why I was told any different. I must say when ever I’ve seen a diabetic nurse or a normal nurse the service I have received has been excellent I wish the same could be said in trying to get through on the phone or getting access to a doctor which seem to be invisible.

This appointment was fine. I am still waiting for details on pre diabetic advice as a nurse said would send details. Have not had any yet for weeks, very disappointed.

Appointment

I've been having trouble with my bowls and breath. My bowls are still not right, it's only since I told you I've had times where I've not got to the loo. you've got me into the surgery then. The breathing problem I've left. All you all seem to do is tell me to go into st Mary's walk in centre. That really helping the NHS hospital. Disappointed
