Not good surgery

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

My experience at your surgery has not been good at all. I’ll get refused to get seen. I spent more time down the walk-in Centre on what to do at my own surgery. I’ve got a learning disability. I struggle doing things and a surgery has policies on helping people with learning disabilities and I always get refused help. I find it absolutely disgusting and I found it embarrassing that you are asking people to leave a review when a lot of people have got the same feelings as me, you never get seen by a doctor, you have to struggle on your own, never mess around with people's health

I received two steroid injections

Doctors helped with steroid injections, had one on a Thursday in my left knee, and booked me in for my right knee following Monday. Even though things haven't much changed for me it was great that you tried to help me.

Dr didn't have a diagnosis of check. Just pulled a disgusted face by my words only. Go back to face to face appointments. The current system fails patients. We're no longer in lockdown, and should return to the normal process of being seen. Most people are annoyed by using a system, that the elderly are unable to access.

I can assure you that there are still lots of face to face GP appointments, and we can now keep up with the demand a little better since introducing Anima. I assume you also did have a face to face appointment, as you commented on the doctors facial expression.
