The staff were very friendly and the waiting room times wasn't too long thankfully, although with covid I do understand that helps regarding that. Overall, a pleasant experience and the doctor I had was lovely.

My visit was good, the reception staff were friendly and excellent. The Dr was excellent and checked out my problem and quickly arranged further treatment that day and a following up check the next week.

Took ages to get an appt to speak to anyone, dr just gave me a list of options - I don't want a list of options, I can get that off the internet, I want *advise and a recommendation* basically it was just "take more painkillers". That's not a solution.

Telephone system

This is a review for Somerstown Surgery

The only problem I have with the Portsdown group is the telephone system and e consult, you can nit phone enquires in the morning and the e consult form is too long when all you need is an enquire.

The econsult form is provided by a third party and is required to cover all areas to enable the system to determine whether it would be more appropriate to be signposted elsewhere and currently cannot be made shorter.
