I do not have a phone and therefore find it difficult to get to see a doctor as all avenues require a phone number ..... if it would be possible to have access to appointments would be great.

Excellent over the phone consultations

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

I have recently had to make use of a telephone consultation with a GP on two occasions a week apart. Fortunately (?) the problem was of a kind where it was helpful for me to send pictures - which I gladly and easily did. Both doctors with whom I spoke were very easy to communicate with, made helpful suggestions and provided prescriptions as required. On the second occasion a very speedy referral for an outpatint visit to QA was arranged for me.

Impossible to actually get to even speak to a Doctor. Misleading advice by reception and timescales a lot longer than advised. Conflicting information every time I spoke to someone different. However, when I came for a blood test the service was good and the nurse was lovely.

Couldnt get an appointment. Was on hold for over an hour on two consecutive days to be told all appointments had gone 2 days in a row.Took a very long time to get back to me and was still only a telephone appointment no face to face.Not the way a palliative patient should be treated
