Nurse was not willing to discuss the medication or shorten the repeat dose as the previous nurse did. I explained why but she was not open to my experience. Friendly but I don't think she understood the medication I suppose that's not her job. The last nurse was much more approachable and happily discussed my options.

Very easy to book online, test was done, nurse very helpful with questions etc, results came back on NHS app, follow up regarding results was quick and new medication issued within 24 hours

Required pressure check organised quickly, was also able to have bloods taken although this wasn't arranged. Nurse knows best, and thanks to her more options opened up to me, will be thanked in person soon.

Honestly cant stand it

The nurse said she was a menopause expert because she was peri menopausal and reception backed up the lie. The way I was treated was horrific and they set me an aggressive to make it all my fault, disregarding the fact I asked for their help...

Had to wait about 10 minutes, so not too bad. I would like the option of a flu jab at Crookhorn Surgery as it is local and within walking distance, all I get is the choice of places in need of transport.

Please let the patient explain what their symptoms are, changes in the routine etc, before jumping into giving them a diagnosis. 10mins into the consultation, when I finally got to speak again, I got to finish what I was saying and she told me that explained why I was having the symptoms - if she let me explain at the start it would’ve made everything clearer earlier. Thank you for your help otherwise

Staff are great

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

The staff on the desk are always great and very helpful. The nurse I saw was lovely, as always. However, the only downside is that I put a request in for my hrt (which due to hospital visits and post visit medication/pain I could not do the week before) last Friday morning, (filled out a manual form and handed it immediately to the lady on the desk ) but have now run out. It is now the following weds and still not had it issued yet.

Great to see a doctor

I had been suffering with a water infection for nearly 3 weeks, after communicating with the doctor I finally was seen by a doctor who sent me to hospital to be checked out and glad to say I have had a ct scan and I’m having ongoing tests to get to the bottom of it. I’m so pleased to have had a face to face appointment, it was really needed, not enough face to face appointments we get these days, so I’m really grateful I did
