Amazing surgery. Every time I call the staff are helpful and efficient. Today I saw Hayley (I think) and she was the the kindest most professional person I have ever met in the nhs. The amount of apologies for a 5 minutes wait was impressive. Wonderful service every time.

Recent experience

This is a review for Somerstown Surgery

I have had to have many blood tests which can only be done in hospital and have had to try and get thru on phone to get appointment sorted to start testosterone injections! I couldn't, my breasts have grown like womans and because of in my opinion not being taking seriously while on phone it's been months which has caused my depression to come back and muscle loss due to not getting treatment soon enough which isn't down to me! I've has been knocked back saying phone tomorrow then I phone 8am every morning wait and wait in queue just to be told phone back! Dr that I saw initially ended up phoning me and apology was given I came in last week to have 1st injection to be told I had to pick it up from my pharmacy which I wasnt told in 1st place to!! I've now gotta go tomorrow with injection if there are any more delays i'll debit myself, I'm not happy with how I've been treated and made to wait near on 4 months!! Hope you understand my complaint!!

Blood marks on arms

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

I have quite a few blood marks on my arms which just appear, when they go away scars are left. I asked for an appointment to see a doctor, Dr Gohil triaged me and sent a link for me to take photos to send, this I found quite difficult, Dr Gohil phoned me back after receiving the photo with the result.
