Making the appointment online was easy - but for folk without the internet getting an appointment by phone can be time-consuming and difficult. I was seen on time and the member of staff was professional and friendly.

Amazing as ever

The nurse and the reception were amazing as ever. Unfortunately there was a drunk unhappy patient in the waiting room which made me feel uncomfortable. Also I feel masks should be compulsory still in a GP practice.

This would be a 5-star review, but the most frustrating part of the appointment is actually being able to get the face to face. Once, at the Surgery, the consultation is first class.

Can't fault anything about my visit

The surgery admin staff are very kind and helpful. The site was clean when I arrived and provision had been made for social distancing. I did not have to wait long. The member of the clinical staff who saw me was also very kind and efficient.
