My Doctors and staff are excellent.

Crookhorn Surgery is excellent. All staff and doctors ate so helpful. I always feel reassured when dealing with them and especially my own G.P Dr Manning.

Lovely, lovely surgery

Very professional help

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

I take my hat off to the GP that I have seen on Monday. This GP was very thorough and listened carefully to what I was saying. This GP responded very positively to my symptoms and offered to do a cortisone injection into my knee for me. I can honestly say that whilst the injection was uncomfortable it wasn't painful. Thank you for listening and responding so kindly.

This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery

I would recommend not being put off by stroppy reviews. People are quick to complain but not so quick to report on the good side. Yes you wait on phone hold for a while, but that is the NHS in general, you will never struggle to get an appointment here. All of my eConsults have been responded to thoroughly. The staff on reception are helpful. I don't have anything bad to say.

Cosham Park House

When I went to CPH for about the 4th repeat blood test things went well till the result came back to repeat yet again. I was seen very quickly by Mandy. As I have to go to CPH for blood test every 2 to 4 weeks it's very difficult to know which appointment I am asked to leave my opinion it might help if you were to put the date that you require a review.

Cortisone injection in knee.

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

I take my hat off to Dr Randvi. I have seen him twice recently and both times felt very reassured. At the first appointment we discussed the possibility of doing a cortisone injection in my knee. This procedure was relatively pain free but the relief from pain that I have had post procedure has been amazing. Thank you.

Wheres the doctor?

I was seen by a nurse / practioner and yes she was very helpful, however its been over 2 years.
Since I've seen a doctor, I was never told to self isolate during this pandemic even though I have been told I have asthma! My health has really deteriorated, I can not walk far.
My breathing is getting really bad but it seems no one cares, if you're working on the theory that if I'm ignored long enough I might just drop dead, you're doing fine!

Thank you for your review. We are pleased to hear you found your experience with one of our practitioners positive. They are often first port of call with acute medical issues.

If you have ongoing breathing issues that do not require same day review, we have a team of respiratory nurses, HCAs and Pharmacists who can certainly assist you with. A GP may not be the best person to speak to when we have specialised staff.

If you were required to shield during COVID, you would have received a letter from the government. Only patients with asthma on specific medications and criteria were required to shield.

Please contact our routine appointments line (we recommend waiting until 11am and before 1pm) to request a review with a respiratory nurse.
