I had never met the nurse practitioner before but I felt so much better after seeing her and she was a very happy and funny person who makes you feel relaxed as soon as you meet her.

Blood tests

The assistant left the door open while she was doing blood test.
I was very embarrassed because I am frightened of blood tests. She was also quite rough.

Having recently suffered a heart attack (09 July) and undergoing treatment at the Royal Berkshire Hospital in Reading, I needed to request my medication be updated and forwarded to Lloyds Pharmacy at Sainsbury's in Farlington. I attempted to do this online but, unfortunately hit a "glitch", I therefore used the phone service, which worked without a hitch.

Fasting blood test

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

I have a phobia of needles and detest blood tests.
Having the blood test taken at my own surgery somehow makes this bearable.
The staff are always friendly and patient especially the nurse that carries out the blood test.

I have been with the Surgery over one year emerged from Hanway Surgery.
There are so many good and even better admin to care in this Surrey but one has to have IT and computer or IPhone.

In centre experience was great. Friendly polite and on time. However, I couldn't get my blood test done, as it hasn't stated on my text that I needed to fast. So now I have to return at a later date.
