Prompt and efficient

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

The HCA at CPH was polite, courteous and efficient. In addition to the routine PSA Blood Test and regular B12 injection she also weighed me in order to establish my current BMI as well as record my Blood Pressure.
The waiting room and surgery was extremely quiet without other patients.

The checking in computer ask patients to do their BP in the DOB. This didn't make any sense and confused me! Please think of your patients with English as a second language. This jargon is nonsense.

We assume the GP appointment you refer to is a routine one, as our emergency access, whilst limited in terms of set capacity, is available every day. Please do not forget to try eConsult - available via our website in hours. It may be you do not need to talk to a doctor, however you will be contacted if necessary.
