The Lady that saw me for my daughter's jabs was terrible and her attitude was vile if she don't want to be there or do her job then she shouldn't be there simple

Very happy with GP consultation for MMR and Tetanus vaccinations and booking the appointment, however 3 patients in waiting room waiting to see GP (including me) and receptionist talking to her colleague in a very negative way about a patient who had just asked her a question before leaving, we could hear the whole conversation and it was very unprofessional.

Everything was very smooth. Only difficulty is actually getting through on the phones. Website isn’t clear who to booked Vitamin B12 with. If you made it clearer then it’d be easier to book appointments on line.

These questions only refer to the experience when you finally get through to see someone. The growth and combining of surgeries has seen Crookhorn move from a busy efficient one with Doctors working there. To a busy restricted one working with it's hands tied with administrative duties segregated and elsewhere to Doctor's ducking and diving all over. Never been so bad and that included pre Covid.

Friendly and well run. For anyone going there for the first time, Paulsgrove Surgery has it's own car park which (like the main entrance) is accessed from Deerhurst Crescent off Wooferton Road.

My opinion is not the best from my last two times with this practice. I opened online consultation, and must wait for more than a week for the answer, even if I wrote in the form I cannot work because the pain. After I lost my patience I went to the emergency in the hospital, there I can get an appointment with another GP within 2 hours...
