Slight change needed

To ive more info online in notes so i personaly can see the results of my x rays an follow up review with dr as to other options that could be availbe instead of left with no info or see dr to speak about it as i have been left to date i was told to speak to dr regarding my foot x ray an havent been able to speak or see him at all regarding this matter

Very professional and friendly appointment

The nurse was very friendly and supportive. She went through what she was doing, answering questions and making recommendations as part of the consultation. She suggested treatment and approaches for the wound and I felt very involved in the process.

Helpful but still have a long way to go!

The staff were polite and helpful. They informed me that they would call me the next day. This did not happen. I felt it was quite important that the surgery call me.
Luckily I was able to login in to the NHS and see for myself. It stated that I had been informed which is wrong

Very efficient, good covid safety

Recent appointment

I have gone to the doctors multiple of times and the doctors keep giving me antibiotics and are taking too long to find treatment for me and I am getting more sick and I am struggling, it's very hard and nothing is helping me. I need more help and not just be given antibiotics as it doesn't even help at all. So many urine tests. But no treatment yet.
