I know you are all doing your best in the present circumstances, you all treated me well, but the time given to the Doctors is a problem. I ended up going to a&e emergency yesterday they gave me a lot more attention yesterday, and l am feeling a lot better this morning. Yet thank you for doing your best were possible.

E-Consult

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

I completed an e-consult as appointments are so difficult to get. A fortnight after I had a phone call from the group, but I was not available. I was sent a text message with a question. On Friday I get home from work early enough to fill out another econsult to answer the question, I also added that I'm not normally allowed my mobile with me, I work in education, so would appreciate it I could have an idea of which day I would be contacted. I received a text this morning that I would be contacted over the next 10 working days. Why couldn't some have said, we'll phone you on Friday, or it would be over Tuesday and Wednesday next week?

This is usually only the case when further information is required and, as you know, if we cannot get hold of you via phone we will endeavour to follow this up with a text message. On occasion you can respond to the text message rather than resubmit another eConsult. In the main, we will respond via email or text - so when you are advised that you will be contacted in the coming days, it is unlikely it will be via phone. We hope this reassures you that you will not miss the contact.

Having a smear test for a woman is a really unpleasant experience but my nurse practitioner was great, nice and friendly, quite chatty and put me at ease. So my experience was a pleasant one even though it was an uncomfortable one.

Before we joined surgery's had no problems getting an appointment I've lost all faith in even trying to get to see a doctor. I am not alone with this problem many people I know are disgusted with the way you operate. I hope you do publish my feelings I feel very let down as do many others
