Didn't appreciate being told my husband ( who was the patient and has Alzheimer's) and I only just made the appointment with a minute to spare and had we been late it would have made other patients appointments late. However we were not late but on time as we didn't want to hang about in the waiting area if there were too many people there.

Pneumonia injection

This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery

Offered a pneumonia vaccination when visiting the surgery in the morning.
Back lunchtime the same day to have the injection.
Doesn’t get more efficient than that !

I wish my surgery could see this review.

We are investing in routine access at present, so you will see improvements in this area in the coming weeks. If you require on the day support, we advise you ring as close to 8am as possible. we are an appointment led service.

With regard to reception - our receptionists and contact centre coordinators all receive the same training, so the message should be consistent. Please do contact us to give further details so we can identify a training issue, and respond accordingly.
