Probably the loveliest doctor I have ever met

This is a review for Somerstown Surgery

I had an appointment to have my heel examined last week, possibly a malignant melanoma. It was my first appointment with a GP since I changed practice.
Dr Chowdhury was welcoming and immediately put me at ease. He listened in full to my medical history as it pertained to my foot. Following the examination he asked me if there was anything else I wanted to discuss in respect of my general health.

In addition he spotted that I was due my MMR (yes really) and a Tetanus Booster. Instead of re-booking me he attended to those immediately, vaccinating me himself.

In conclusion, and with 60 years of dealing with doctors as a patient and professionally, I can say that Dr Chowdhury is the most pleasant, compassionate and thorough GP I have ever met. At no time did I feel hurried.

It would make life easier to people not familiar with the practice if there was a ' this way in / entrance ' sign on the entrance door as it took me a couple of minutes to find out where to go.

Annual Heart review

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

Annual heart review was conducted on time, a discussion of my status and medication carried out with good responses to my questions.
My recent blood analysis discussed with clarification as to why I needed an Ultrasound of my liver.
Overall a satisfactory discussion though feel that it would have been better if it had been on a face to face discussion now that the corvid virus is under better control and I had to attend the surgery for the blood test.
