Fasting Blood Test

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

Although the nurse did apologise the fact that she should not have pulled so hard on the syringe that the needle came out after three files, and my arm was bleeding she had to once again insert another needle to get the last one.

Econsult with GP

This is a review for Heyward Road Surgery & Practice

I have never visited Heyward Road ( don't even know where it is!!) but | did have an Econsult with a GP (maybe she phoned from there?). Thank goodness for mobile phones as she phoned 10 days after my econsult and I was visiting friends in Cornwall! Anyway we had a good conversation resulting in a treatment plan and I am content with the outcome. Prescription waiting for me on my return.

I don't feel I can answer the questions below but it would appear that I have to so responses are what I expect from a surgery

Diabetes examination

This is a review for Somerstown Surgery

I was seen by Nurse Mrs M Pace, and given a thorough examination for my annual diabetes test. My feet were examined for any dead skin areas as well as blood taken. The whole experience took twenty minutes. I had arrived early so I had to wait my turn the waiting area was clean and hand sanitizer was available. I have no problems with my experience.

First time since the merging that I have managed to be seen

I have tried previously to make a non urgent appointment without success.
This time it was an emergency and everything went smoothly, I was seen within the hour and the person I saw was great and reassuring. He called me back the day after like he promised.

Monthly hormone injection for prostate cancer.

Really appallingly

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

I was currently miscarrying and your staff were very unhelpful and inconsiderate. They told me to call back at 2pm as all appointments were taken. I called back they advised me to go to A&E that was incorrect information, they then told me to contact the early pregnancy unit which was also incorrect. After my fourth call to you I finally got a call back for a blood form then 3 days later I received a congratulations on your pregnancy text which I found highly inappropriate and insensitive considering what I was going through. Really poor
