Visit to the surgery

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

Following a follow-up phone call from the doctor I was seen by a nurse at the surgery. After telling her several times I did not need my Omeprazol dose increased as I didn't have acid reflux and her insisting I tried it for a month, I went home and that evening needed to call an ambulance where I ended up in hospital with a ruptured appendix. Not impressed.

Quality of care

Whilst the nursing staff are fantastic the reception staff leave a lot to be desired, despite mentioning a problem over several visits the attitude is akin to a shrug of the shoulders and what are we supposed to do about it, and the problem is at your end.
