Blood test with nurse

This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery

I was met by the receptionist who helped me with a difficulty, she was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble, then the nurse was bright and cheerful. In all it was a very good experience.

Vacciantions

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

Link I was sent to make appointment did not work, phoned and was told no appointment was necessary just pop in and I would be seen. When I came the next day the receptionist told me we do not do walk-ins, after I told her I had phoned and was told to just come in she went and asked someone and I was told to take a seat and they will fit me in, after that I was seen very fast and the doctor was very pleasant.

Infected lower leg wound

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

Good treatment. Doctor had previously diagnosed infection in leg by my photograph. Put on antibiotics and he made arrangements for me to see nurse. She cleaned the wound put dressing on and wants to see it this week. She also commentated about poor circulation. She arranged for me to have a Doppler test next week.
So she made sure I was tested properly for circulation in my legs. She could of just dressed the wound but realised the need for the test and booked it straight away. Excellent!

Vaccination

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

Arrived on time and was met by two cheerful receptionists and given direction to waiting area, called in on time and met with Dr Ozzard at the door to the room, had to have various vaccinations which was a bit of a shock as only expecting one but throughout Dr Ozzard kept up a lively banter and can honestly say had no pain at all, it was a refreshing change to see a doctor and it was appreciated by myself and my husband.

Doctors App.

Doctors and Nurses have been very helpful with me. When you can speak to them. Trying to get app is almost impossible. On these phones.Would sometimes like to see Doc on general issues. Not just Urgent calls.But its impossible if lucky to get a reply. Get told no app.
