Great doctor - poor reception staff

The Sikh doctor was excellent, saw me listened to me and took my health care seriously and referred me immediately to the hospital. Thank you
Admin staff as always very poor with customer service. It felt like my arrival had burdened them, I was over an hour early, no interest in accommodating or trying to be flexible. I waited patiently throughout to be seen.

Thank you for your feedback. 1 hour early for your appointment is a long time, clinicians appointments are back to back (whether that is in person, or on the phone), so it is highly unlikely that you would be seen so early unless there was a cancellation.

I came to the surgery for blood samples to be taken. The phlebotomist punctured me twice while trying to gain access into my vein to draw blood. I was not happy because of the multiple puncture.
