The HCA I saw carried out her work efficiently and in a friendly fashion.
I could not have asked for anything more.

Concerns raised by the triage nurse over high blood pressure needed to be monitored, glad to say all was better but impressed during these challenging times that I am being tracked at all stages of ongoing treatment. Thank you.

After popping into my local surgery at Crookhorn last Thursday to make an appointment to see someone in relation to an infection very close to my eye that was causing some discomfort, the receptionist was able to book a phone call slot with a doctor that afternoon. I arrived home within 5 mins and the phone rang almost immediately and I was speaking with a doctor. First question.... did I have a smart phone with a camera? No we do not, and both hubby and I do not want one, the doctor was very understanding and felt I needed to have the eye looked at. An appointment was arranged at Cosham Park Surgery and being new to this practice we were unsure where it was but directions given were excellent......I arrived a few minutes early and by intercom was directed to a waiting area .....I waited around 20mins and was then seen by a senior triage nurse who was able to give me the advice I needed.....I must also add that a medical issue discovered last December and with ongoing medication updates that I haven't been able to follow, not being able to see a doctor was fully explained to me and gave me the Feel Good factor missing from face to face consultations....thank you.

The doctor was very friendly and explained about the 3 other vaccinations I received. Perfect, couldn't ask for more!!

The nurse was friendly and efficient and the treatment was painless. Although booking the appointment had been challenging when I got there is was all great.

My appointments have been offered successfully, without stress.

Most of the receptionists, not all are rude and dismissive. I appreciate they must be very busy but they are speaking with people who are ill and in pain
When you actually get through to a doctor I have them to be very caring and supportive.

No queuing. Staff on hand to let me in, quick appointment and follow up.

My appointment with GP Al-Asifa Mehdi was scheduled for 10.45 At Crookhorn Surgery, but I thought it was at Kingston Crescent in Portsmouth.
I was informed of my error and made off to Crookhorn hoping I would arrive in reasonable time, but not having the postcode with me I missed the venue and was further late. Dr Mehdi rang me and gave me directions and so I arrived very late but she still saw me in her surgery and carried out the arranged inspection.
Dr Mehdi put me at ease, asked if I wished a third person present which I declined and was professional without fuss.
Dr Mehdi took time to question me on the situation I had contacted about and I felt relieved by her responses to my concerns.
I cannot speak too highly of her and am so pleased to have been treated by her as a GP.
My concern currently is that a prescription alteration she made which should have started on the 12 May has still not been dispensed from the pharmacy.

The service provided during my visit was excellent. I was diagnosed with Pleurisy. The walk in centre that the practice group sent me to. Turned me away and said they couldn't help me. I revisited the Purbrook surgery who organised the Cosham appointment. Thank you for taking my concerns seriously.

Phone system not very good, told to hold and will be in queue, then get automatic message saying ring back later.
Then used the online system, wasn't contacted for 6 days, then told I have been referred to podiatry, but no correspondence from them yet. Has now been nearly 2 weeks since original enquiry.

My visit was OK staff very polite and friendly directing me to your lift and directing me to waiting room. Dr who gave me my shingles and tetanus jabs, very lovely and understanding. Parking not good very confusing I did manage to get a disabled bay thankfully.

I found the service to be very professional.

I was seen promptly, the nurse and the doctor were both very friendly and I was very happy with way I was treated.

Always find the service in reception good and managing to book on the phone, but would really like a one to one with a doctor as it's been well over a year.

The staffs are very friendly, make me more relaxed.

I had my blood taken by Gemma, she is excellent, she put me at ease I haven't seen her for a while so we had a quick catch up whilst she was working. The whole team are very caring, professional and friendly, we had to change doctors when we moved, I am so glad we joined this surgery, would highly recommend it.

I used the automatic log in system when I arrived a few minutes before my appointment time. It told me I was due in next and would be seen in a few minutes. I then waited 40 minutes as the doctor was very late arriving. When eventually started I was his first patient.

Very friendly staff who were professional and helpful.
