I'm always well looked after

This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery

I always get excellent service from everyone from the cheerful receptionists to the professional nurses. My diabetic treatment is excellent as is my diabetic nurse Nicola. I'm well satisfied with the care and treatment I get.

Nurse appt.

First time I have attended Crookhorn surgery, had to see the nurse and am pleased to say appt was very quick, the only problem I encountered was that I wasn't told to wait in the nurse's area and sat in the main reception before realising I had to go down the corridor for the nurse

Usually a patient at Kingston surgery but was given an appointment for my ‘ much awaited’ steroid injection at Cosham ... great staff, everyone following Covid rules ... overall, good experience.

This is a review for Somerstown Surgery

Really efficient, 3min wait and an absolutely lovely nurse, extremely gentle. I hate blood tests as its not always easy getting my blood but she did first time with hardly any pain and she put me at my ease. I wish I had remembered her name to compliment her in person.

Friendly staff

The staff at Crookhorn surgery are friendly and polite and helpful not like Kingston crescent where they are rude and unhelpful and don’t care.
