Recent experience

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

Over the last few weeks I have rung to try and get to see a doctor as I've found a lump in my armpit ... I was Fobbed off each time ... I rang the NHS number who said I needed to see a doctor ASAP .. it's taken me 3 weeks eventually I filled in the online form you have on the Thursday being told on the reply someone would call me by 6pm Friday . I got a call 5 days later in the end !!!.... Very poor indeed

First time visit to Heyward Road Surgery

This is a review for Heyward Road Surgery & Practice

The original appointment from my own surgery was changed because of staff illness and rebooked at Heyward Road Surgery. I was greeted in a very friendly manner and at my appointment time, the nurse (Vania) came to collect me and treated me. She was excellent, extremely professional yet very friendly and explained what she was doing. I was pleased that my wound had in fact healed and she advised me how to stop any reoccurrence. Excellent service.

I attended for blood test. Booked online. Nice and easy to choose available appointment. Only slight improvement I can think of is it wasn’t clear how long I needed to fast for prior to the test. Otherwise faultless.

An extremely efficient service

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

I recently visited Kingston Crescent Surgery to receive my second Pfizer vaccination. With only three volunteers they were channeling a constant flow of clients from the car park, into the consulting rooms, and back to the after-vax waiting room.
As a volunteer at two other vaxx-centres I was interested to see how others managed the process.

It was a dry & mild day, I would not have wanted to be stood queuing in the rain, but that I suspect is an issue at all the centres

Cosham Park House Surgery

Despite having an appointment time I had to wait in a queue which was down to covid restrictions and the surgery being busy. Once I was admitted I was seen immediately and have no complaints. The nurse who did my blood test was polite, friendly and professional. What more could you ask for. Thank you.
