Dr Kyd is a brilliant doctor that I would like to say a big thank you to. She was totally on the ball around Christmas with a medical complaint I had and fast tracked it through the system....and even one of Q&E team remarked how impressed they were with my Doctor!!

My appointment was with a nurse, the nurse was excellent. I do have a problem with making an appointment with a doctor, the week before last I tried three days in a row at 10 o'clock and at 2 o'clock to make an appointment with a doctor with no success, something needs to change. Not everyone uses the Internet so when the appointments have been booked on the website there are none left for the people that ring in, one day I got through at 8 minutes past 10 anet so when the appointments have been booked on the website there are none left for the people that ring in.

Thank you for your feedback. we are constantly looking at ways of improving access to our patients, at a challenging time for the NHS in general and for Primary Care in particular. With the ever-increasing demands on our services, it is simply not possible or, indeed, appropriate for all our patients to see a GP, particularly for urgent problems. All of our Nurse Practitioners and Paramedic Practitioners are fully clinically trained and supported by an on-site duty doctor if they need any assistance whatsoever.
