Appoints sent always available to people who work & can't ring in early enough to catch appointments I was at Hanway but now at Kingston not through choice. Cannot comment on questions 2 3 4 none of this has been applicable to me of yet.so have a low score

Great alternative to face to face appointment

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

Using the eConsult system is quick and easy and avoids the need for a face to face appointment when the surgeries are so busy at the moment. My request was responded to within the stated timeframe and the whole process was seamless, with the requested prescription being sent to my pharmacy and a text message to let me know.

Arrived a bit early for my second vaccination, went straight in. Including the 10 minutes sit down after I was still back in my car before my appointment time. Totally stress free.

Overall I am happy with the service of the GPs. My biggest problem is trying to book an appointment with a doctor on the phone. I have started looking online for appointments and quite shocked how few appointments are available. I recently submitted an online form and did get a phone call back a couple of days later but I missed the call - a text told me to phone the surgery to which I rolled my eyes and thought this is not worth the effort even though I am in pain daily because of a large cyst on my ovary.

Speedy response to my health issue

This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery

Called back in short space of time. Doctor advised not to have 2nd Covid vaccine owing to previous adverse reaction. Added that first jab had given me a reasonable degree of protection. Only issue is that I remain unsure how protected I will be in long term.
