Grion pain problem

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

Once I had obtained an appointment all was fine. Gtting the appointment was a challenge . I first made contact on a Tuesday morning and finally saw a doctor on the following Friday afternoon. I am and will always be eternally grateful to all who work for the NHS . I fully understand how all NHS systems are extremely stretched, however three days for me to get help was disappointing.

Dr phoned me back promptly, listened to me and gave me an appointment same day. The nurse who attended to me did a thorough examination, treated me with dignity and respect. Kingston Crescent team is wonderful.

Throat infection

This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery

After my initial phone call with the clinical assistant made an appointment to see if my throat was an infection or something else.
My doctor came in and confirmed that I had a throat infection and prescribed a course of tablets to clear my throat infection.
I was very pleased with care I received.

Mixed review

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

Telephone experience dreadful. Got to no 1 in queue for medication query after 20 minutes then nobody answered in following 10 minutes. Next time, got through straight away for appt, triaged and GP rang and I was seen 90 minutes later. Very attentive GP and very satisfied with outcome.

Thank you for your feedback and we are happy you were seen at a convenient location. We are an appointment led service so do not have infinite capacity. If you require on the day medical advice / support then we do recommend you contact us as close to 8am as possible. Whilst we do have an afternoon line that opens at 2pm, the majority of our appointments are available in the morning. Thank you
