Vaccination invitation

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

I was invited by email to book an appointment for a RSV jab, but the booking form said there were no appointments available. After trying in vain to speak to someone at the surgery I decided to make a visit. I was told I could have the jab as a 'walk in' and received it about 10 minutes later. I explained that it was impossible to book online - there was obviously a glitch in enabling this, which was later rectified. If I hadn't mentioned it (and been able to come to the surgery promptly), I wonder how many other people would have been deterred?

He doesn’t really know anything

Went to the doctors the other day to discuss a fibromyalgia and pots. I was telling him all my symptoms and my day-to-day life, but he clearly doesn’t know what they are as he said why have I booked an appointment before my blood test results as the blood tests will show if I’ve got pots or fibromyalgia which confuses me as the conditions don’t really affect your blood and I did ask what would it show in my blood but he couldn’t answer me

Diabetic Appointment

I had an appointment with Nurse Judith yesterday, she was very professional, she explained how to administer my insulin, I was put at ease and I now feel confident in taking my insulin. Thank you for everything and keep up the good work.

First experience of Anima appointments

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

Filled in Anima Form which took some time but not as much as telephone waiting time. Received reply within the hour and appointment quickly followed. Anima is not for everyone and non computer people would be unable to use the service. Personally I found it better than the 30 + waiting on the phone.
