Frustrated with process

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

I have been trying to get a consultation with a doctor. After a couple of failed attempts to get through and get an an appoint by phone, following a rather curt response from the call operator I opted for the online process. That was 2 weeks ago and I still await a proper consultation. I did get an initial response and request to send some more images of the mole I would like to discuss and subsequently all has been quiet.

COVID VACCINATION EXPERIENCE

Efficient service

Nurse at blood test was quick, kind and gentle, doctor on phone took all my information as a new patient and provided quick at my prescription. I am happy at the moment with this my new gp clinic.
