This is a review for Somerstown Surgery

I went for a routine ECG, only to be carted off in an ambulance as my ECG showed as abnormal. After many hours at the hospital I was reassured by the consultant there, that my ECG was in fact normal and had been done incorrectly at the doctors surgery so this is why it showed as abnormal!
This caused unnecessary worry for myself and my family for several hours!

I thought the phone centre was very unhelpful as waited 20 mins for them to answer to be told ring back tomorrow. When I have been told they can make an appointment for me for tomorrow by a doctor so as I need to see a doctor no help was given.

Delays

Delays are inevitable, but the reception staff need to manage these and not allow so many people to congregate in one waiting area when social distancing is needed.

Kingston Crescent Surgery

I was very worried about my surgery Hanway merging with Kingston crescent as I'd been with my practice since I've been born! But I've found the drs to be very good and thorough and I am getting treated for things which before weren't so I'm very pleased that I'm getting the help I need!

WASTED JOURNEY

This is a review for Paulsgrove Surgery

Booked B12 appointment at Paulsgrove as only available appointment without having to travel miles via 3 buses.
As appointment was 12 days ahead HCA refused to administer injection.
I am still trying to achieve a "local" appointment.

I dislike being addressed by my first name by people I have never met! I am not on first name terms with staff.

If you are not able to travel to another site to gain an appointment, then you will need to wait until an appointment becomes available at your chosen Surgery. Lovely surgery

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

I am a registered patient at Kingston Crescent Surgery but was given an appointment at Cosham Park surgery which location wise was perfect for me as I live in Cosham. The receptionist was very pleasant, friendly and welcoming and I just cannot fault the very thorough doctor that I saw. He was not only very thorough with my examination but so pleasant and very approachable, I cannot praise him enough.
