Lovely surgery

This is a review for Heyward Road Surgery & Practice

This is the first time I have ever visited Heyward surgery. I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist, I didn’t have to wait long, and went in for my appointment with a very friendly nurse. I would definitely not mind having to go back there, if my surgery is busy.

Kingston Crescent Surgery

It is terribly frustrating and annoying when you have to get an appointment but you can't get through for hours then when you do you are met with an unfriendly person who just insists that you call again a different day earlier! Reception staff when entering the surgery are rude, abrupt and unhelpful!

We are sorry that you were unable to gain an appointment via the telephone, you should have been advised to use our eConsult which would have been a more suitable alternative. We are sorry that you find our receptionists are rude, they can sometimes have to provide answers that are correct, but not necessarily expected by a patient. We will share this with our team and take learning from this.

Good efficient service in difficult times

Used the econsult service and had telephone review with Dr but difficult to assess on phone so got me in within the hour to see nurse. Very happy with the service I received.

Not happy review

The doctor I waited all afternoon to speak to about persistent constant migraine and symptoms was extremely rude didn’t want to help was unsympathetic and made me very angry and upset. The problem still continues to affect my daily life
