I am pleased to write my personal opinion regarding my appointment at the surgery.
Good timing, no waiting more than 5 minutes.
Allan examined me with his full examination.
He made referrals.
Stool test.
Blood test.
Gave medicines (worked well).
He didn’t hurry.
I made a comment Allan you have spent a a great deal of time as I am the only patient!

Attended surgery for Flu jab and blood test

Access control was good. Prompt appointment schedule kept. Nurse efficient and listened well to me. Over all good experience.

Friendly staff, well organised in COVID safe practice

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

Polite friendly staff greeted me, explained what I needed to do where to go ( which must had been for the millionth time for her).
I felt safe that the hygiene was good in the surgery. I was seen quickly and the nurse who took my blood found it and managed to not leave a bruise (which is hard on an obese person).

First Covid 19 injection and telephone appointment.

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

Pleased to receive text to make appointment for first Covid 19 injection which was completed satisfactorily. Also, was instructed by consultant at QA to contact GP regarding medication prior to hormone treatment for prostate cancer. I needed two telephone appointments for this and was very pleased with the queueing system which, despite being 14th in the queue on the first occasion was informed every 30 seconds where I was in the queue rather than being kept waiting without knowing how long it would take.

E consultant with paramedic arranged quickly without any fuss.
Rung me on time and dealt with the concern with skill and in a professional manner.
Medication issued and sent to my pharmacy same day.

Full marks to the Kingston Surgery team. Have just had my COVID-19 Vaccine and was very impressed by how well the practice had been organised from start to finish. Even though my appointment was at the latter end of the day all staff were very cheerful, friendly, and most professional.

Second consultation

Problems

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

Tried to email problem - got told to ring dr or 111. Took 22minutes to get to speak to someone. Then asked for call back on house phone due to hearing problems - dr called on mobile! Did not get checked in properly so waited over 15 minutes and practitioner thought i had not arrived. Not completely reassured by diagnosis as worked out I usually drink over a litre of fluid a day.

Small lesion on forehead

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

I phoned to discuss small unhealing area on forehead; given link to enable me to send photos for viewing in surgery. I was contacted during afternoon, photos and history discussed. advices to use steroid cream for 2 weeks; if no improvement I will be referred to dermatology. Prescription sent to Boots chemist.
