This is a review for Somerstown Surgery

This was the first time I had attended this surgery as there were no nurses to give me an injection at the Kingston Crescent one. ( I should have had this injection in October so I didn’t want to wait any longer) I wasn’t happy as I had to get taxis to this one but I went in on time and it seemed well organised. Pleasant friendly staff and chairs well spaced out. Good experience.

Thank you for your feedback. We have invested significantly in our telephone system, which attempts to match capacity with patient demand at all times. There are times of day, however, which are busier than others and, during these times, it will be more difficult to get through. We do constantly monitor the situation and, if indicated, make further investment in our communications infrastructure.

Diabetic blood test

This was a positive experience given challenging times. Surgery felt safe and secure, staff helpful and pleasant. Timings excellent and nurse doing injection had a very good manner and put me at ease despite the difficulty in accessing a vein! Thank you.

Long wait but polite and helpful staff

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

Considering I had to wait for over an hour, this was by far the best experience I have had at any surgery I have been to. Very helpful and friendly staff. Reception staff did not have an attitude when they were on the phone and people weren’t made to feel they were interrupting their day. Whilst I don’t necessarily have a diagnosis for what is wrong, they are trying and that’s all I can ask at this stage.
