Always on the ball

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

I only go to the GP Surgery when I need to. During these Covid times I am quite surprised how many different surgeries deal with patients not of their surgery. Well done and stay safe.

Thank you for your feedback. With the ever-increasing demands on our services, it is simply not possible or, indeed, appropriate for all our patients to see a GP, particularly for urgent problems. All of our Nurse Practitioners and Paramedic Practitioners are fully clinically trained and supported by an on-site duty doctor if they need any assistance whatsoever.

Initial Assessment

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

On this occasion the organisation was rather disorganised. Appt made to wrong surgery, importance to see a doctor not recognised (they did ask a doctors advice who felt didn't need to be seen for 4 days, I received steroids for breathing issues when pressed for an appt!) very concerning!
The appt attached to this was not cancelled, leaving another patient without an appt and me getting a text to say I didn't arrive for the appt.

Flu Jab.

This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery

I was originally told on the phone that I didn't need an appointment to have the flu jab. I was told to come between 1 and 2pm. This was my first time of having it. When I got there about 1.20 I was told that a Doctor was going to do it but I would have to wait until 2pm for that. So I decided to go home and go back on another day.This time I rang up to check that it was ok to go along. Yes, but this time I had to go before 12. I went back and was asked if I had appointment I said no. I finally was told that I would have a Nurse do it for me which she did.
