Covid Vaccine

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

My mother was fortunate enough to have been offered both doses of the Covid vaccine.
When we arrived there were allocated parking slots close to the surgery.
The system seemed to run very smoothly and efficiently.
Mum was very excited to have the jab!

Appointment for problem

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

I was seen at the time arranged. The doctor gave me a full examination and fully understood my concern. He was very quick to diagnose the trouble and explained in great detail the best form of treatment. He could not have been more pleasent or more helpful. He arranged for the prescription collection from my chemist immediately which was brilliant.

Attendance for Corvid vaccinations

A lot of staff were present, they were all very helpful and were familiar with their various tasks.
The vacination took no time and we were issued with Covid cards.

We do advise patients not to turn up early for their appointment, and are limiting the number of people able to wait in line with COVID guidance - so inevitably there sometimes is a queue. We do endeavour to deal with this as quickly as we can, but we will pass your comments on to the surgery team for learning.

This is a review for Somerstown Surgery

This was my first visit to this Surgery with my former practice being incorporated. I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the professional way they are handling the present crisis. The surgery was clean and welcoming, I hope that when I need medical help I will be able to go to this surgery.

We offer many services from Somerstown so I'm sure that you will be able to continue to use this site as your 'regular' surgery if you wish. Our on the day 'urgent' appointments are based at Kingston and Cosham but routine appointment are available across the practice sites.

Whilst I fully understand the situation at the moment with COVID I hope the phone times change when this is over. As a worker I can not afford to stay home until 8.30 to phone then wait 2-3hrs for doctor to ring back.

Whilst it is difficult to comment without detail, we can confidently say that we do not try to do things 'on the cheap'. We do try to offer a high quality and efficient service.
