Great staff, friendly, helpful

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

I have been registered with this practice since 2008. Great staff, friendly, helpful and professional. The nurse practitioner and the gp are very helpful during the consultation time and explained everything including some of the tests which I need to take for the diagnosis. A big thank you to the reception team.

However, if you register for online services, you can keep a check on test results and you are welcome to call our general enquiries line between 2-5.30pm Monday to Friday.

Friendly & Efficient

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

As an ex-Hanway Road patient, I didn’t know what to expect at Kingston Crescent. So far they have been friendly and have sorted things out quickly and without fuss. My only criticism at this early stage is, why aren’t the reception staff wearing masks? I know they are behind a screen but it doesn’t protect them or us when they leave that area.

I love Somerstown surgery. The staff are all very obliging, considerate and respectful. I usually walk 3 miles to get there as part of my fitness routine. I have no complaints at all.

First time for me visiting here, felt at ease and welcomed when I turned up especially with the current situation as it is, temperature done and instructions of signing in nice and clear, saw nurse very nice and she got on with what I needed doing, yes really pleased.

NHS Health Check and Flu Jab

On arrival I was told by the nurse that she hadn't realised the surgery was doing the checks at the moment, which didn't bode well as my wife had a poor experience of when getting her check up (even before Covid). However, all went well and the nurse was excellent. Very reassuring.

Recent appointment

Was told to go to the surgery to pick up a form, the lady on reception was very rude told me we don't have any forms didn't help me was told to go back the next day, it was written on my notes to get the form, another lady gave me the form I was lied to very stress full.
