Diabetic blood test

Tip Top Service

Arrived as was requested and was greeted by a member of staff as normal then on to the staff nurses and was sean prompt and effective and was treated well and all on the time allowed, thought it went well. No complaints as the treatment was first class by all members of the Kingston Cressent Surgery Team.

HCA very good

This is a review for Somerstown Surgery

I went for my diabetes review with a HCA. I was greeted at the door by a receptionist and everything was explained to me and temperature taken. Waiting room fine. Called on time. Friendly HCA who explained what was happening as we went along. All was well and I was invited to ask any questions I wanted. Felt Covid safe, all precautions being taken.
