A visit to the ulcer nurse

This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery

I am more than happy with the treatment I received from the Crook Horn Surgery. That was 5 star and more besides. I have nothing but praise for Crook Horn Staff they were exemplary *****

My only criticism would be, had I been able to get an appointment earlier at the Cosham surgery. I would have been diagnosed and could have been referred to Crook Horn surgery sooner by the Cosham Practice. So would I still be needing the support stocking I will soon be forced to wear,

Unimpressed Appointment

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

I was very pleased to be given an appointment, however I sat in a waiting room with a patient (young mother) who refused to wear a mask. The doctor whom I saw had a mask just covering her mouth, not her nose. I felt she did not listen to the points I made reference my condition and talked over me. However she did arrange for me to have blood tests. Difficult times I appreciate but expect a more professional attitude than that experienced.

Find it difficult to get appropriate appointment especially for b12 injection which is a regular necessity for many people. Not enough nurses available to give this treatment.

Impressed

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

It is 18 months since I last needed to see a doctor and I was very impressed as to the precautions taken when entering the surgery. I had a short wait but a vast improvement to my past experiences. Will not be so concerned if I need advice from the doctor again. Only issue is the confusing phone system. Once I spoke with a doctor everything was excellent.
