I know that sometimes the phone waiting time is quite lengthy but I'm not complaining. Lots of people all with their different needs calling at the same time. Hats off to everyone at Kingston Cres. for a service 2nd to none. If I ever move anywhere else, I'd like to take Kingston Cres. with me.

My mum had her appointment this morning to be told "I don't know why you need this appointment" and asked how she got it! To the point of telling him she's suicidal and to wait for a phone call from your Pharmacist. Absolutely shocking Publish it with my name!

Appointments

This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery

General service once in the surgery is good however the whole process to get appointments is horrendous
You call to see a doctor, unless it’s an emergency you have to call back for routine so you do that no routine appointments available call another day and so the process goes on
I have a few things I would get looked at but due to the terribly difficult way to get an appointment I don’t bother
And this is the same with prescriptions even ones on repeat that don’t get authorised as doctor wants to discuss with you but they don’t get in touch you only find out when your running out of medication to find where yours is and they tell you it’s not approved as the doctor wants to do a review
We’ll surely they should get in touch if that’s the case

Staff are always friendly, surgery is always clean. However I did get sent to st marys treatment centre for an x-ray However when I was seen by the nurse she said I didn't need one. So wasted trip and time.

Surgery was clean and spacious. Covid safety notices were clear and evident. Good lighting. Front desk Staff were pleasant and inviting. Nurse who I saw was professional in explaining procedure and post procedure, as well as checking vital information before delivery injection. Very good experience.
