Very poor customer service

This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery

My feedback is in relation to repeat prescriptions and the response from calling about this. The last number of times I have requested medication through pharmacy 2 U there has been an issue with it being held up at the surgery. When I call to discuss this, once I am actually able to get through, I find the people on the end of the phone extremely unhelpful and in some instances rude. On the last occasion they point blank said that they had not received anything and there was nothing they could do. It took for me to have to go into my surgery to get this resolved, and low and behold they had received my request. A really poor service that is actually very stressful to be on the other end of.

Routine checkup

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

Arranged an appointment very quickly on the phone and attended two days later. I was met at the door and had my temperature checked, and went to the waiting room which had only one other occupant. Called through to the nurse in a short time. A very efficient checkup followed with a friendly nurse. All completed in a short time. Many thanks.

Needed to book appointment for pain in neck ,shoulders ,arms and legs

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

I phoned to book an appointment for after Christmas but was offered first a telephone conversation with a doctor who was brilliant. She made an appointment for me in 45 minutes to attend the surgery. A paramedic examined me and took a blood sample. This was on the 23rd December and a doctor phoned me on the 29th with the result. He asked me questions and arranged a prescription to be ready for collection at my local chemist in the afternoon.
I was not expecting such a brilliant service considering the pressure the NHS is under. Thank you so much.

Blood Test

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

Very satisfied with blood test and successful passing of result to Warfarin Clinic. Prior to closure of public walk-in facility at QAH all my blood tests were carried out there and since April 2020 at ST Mary's. These were also excellent facilities for me. I am considering using online booking of my blood tests at the Portsdown Practice from now on,

Trouble with signing in

I telephoned the surgery and explained my problem and it was dealt with there and then. I was able then to order my medicines with no further set back. Very pleased with the office staff response.

I phoned concerned about an eye condition of my wfe, and I feel the uncaring attitude of your staff, my wife had been treated previously for this problem only to be told that you don't treat eye conditions anymore.

I had concern about my blood pressure.

All of the Staff involved put me at ease and carried out checks to reassure me.
They gave me a program to carry out checks myself at my home and were pleased when I returned the following week with the data that I had produced.
I now feel happy with their reassurance about my health and have now found a way to provide feedback should I be concerned about my blood pressure in the future.
