This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

Took ages filling in form online for econsult and dr hadnt read any of it so why ask to fill form out for a phone call. Dr was dismissive and completely ignorant of medical history. Try reading patient notes before you ring them back! Crookhorn Surgery docs are so much nicer and compassionate about patients needs.

I must say once in the surgery the doctors and nurses are amazing and so friendly.. but I had a blood test cancelled and then I was told to call and when I got through after waiting 10 mins I was told to call at 10am the next day to re-book a appointment you guys cancelled.. which I find very frustrating.

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

I was very impressed by the care I was shown by Laura nurse practitioner when I visited the surgery on 21/12. She is the first person and Dr Kidd who I spoke to first on that morning that actually listened to me. Whilst we were in lockdown I spoke to a male nurse practitioner several times who just would not listen to me, spoke over me and refused to listen that I did not have a sore throat but pain in my neck. Laura phoned me the next day and I saw her again the day after that. She really calmed me and although as yet I do not feel any better I’m sure in the next few weeks I should improve once the tablets have got into my system. I do need to know if she has put them on repeat?? Please thank her for me, for her kindness.

Was escorted in by a nurse, temperature taken an relevant questions asked, used booking in system, waited 2 mins and had my B12 injection,(NO pain!) and was outside again before my allotted appointment time!!

Very lovely professional service

This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery

I was booked in for a smear, Christmas Eve of all days! I was so nervous and worried as it's never a pleasant experience, however, the nurse I saw was a gem. Made me feel very at ease and just an all round lovely lovely woman. Wish all smears could be as easy as that was. the reception staff were very friendly and made sure everyone was temperature checked before entering the surgery. Very lovely professional service. Thank you.

tomer service for her will get a 1 the other ladies tone and manner was great with people25 for the doctors and nursesreceptionist sometimes rude or is rude the right word abrupt less than helpful the tone of voice in how they speak to people customer service sometimes poor Not all receptionist most are lovely but on the day I came in the one who spoke to me considering there was only one other person waiting to be seen was abrupt customer service for her will get a 2 the other ladies tone and manner was great with people
